As cyclists, we know that having tight muscles and ligaments are a constant struggle. And the struggle doesn't end there. Remembering to stretch before and after a ride, or just general maintenance of our bodies can sometimes go by the wayside. I'm super guilty of this myself. As "we get older"....(don't you love hearing that!), it's more important than ever. That's why I am committed to getting much better about this so that I can prevent some very preventable injuries that I've dealt with over the years. After reading this article from the Skratch Labs website, I was inspired by cyclist-specific yoga stretches and poses from pro cyclist Taylor Phinney.
